I no longer offer free sessions or discovery calls. Instead, I respond personally to each inquiry to help you choose the best support option based on your needs. I trust your intuition to guide you toward the right next step.

I’m not sure what service is right for me—can you help?

Absolutely. In your message, please share what’s coming up for you emotionally, what kind of support you're seeking, and any preferences you have (e.g. solo vs group, live vs self-paced). I’ll help guide you to the most aligned option.

Do you offer sliding scale or payment plans?

Yes. I reserve a few spots each month for those who need financial flexibility. If cost is a concern, mention this in your message and we’ll explore options together.

Can I work with you remotely?

Yes, all sessions (one-on-one, group, and mini) are available via Zoom or phone unless otherwise stated. You can receive support no matter where you’re located.

Do you work with clients outside the U.S.?

Yes, I work with women across the globe. All digital programs and remote sessions are accessible internationally. Please note your time zone when you reach out so we can coordinate availability.

What happens after I contact you?

You’ll receive a personal reply from me within 48 hours (excluding weekends). From there, we’ll discuss your goals and the best way to move forward, whether that’s scheduling a session or joining a group.
