Everyone has a purpose in life, and within that purpose lays a unique talent just waiting to be expressed and shared with the world. What is purpose? Purpose defined is the reason for which something is done or created or for which something exists. Why live your life with purpose? The most basic question everyone faces in life is Why am I here? What is  my purpose? Self-help books suggest that people should look within, at their own desires and dreams. This course will take you step by step, day by day, through the process of figuring out what, exactly, it is you're meant to do. 

Some people have a clear vision of their purpose early on in life—it’s as if the path was laid out for them and they simply had to take the first step. For others, the vision is unclear and the path elusive. Even those who seem to know the way have, at one time or another, asked themselves the same question you ask yourself: Is this the life I was meant to live?

I’m one of those people whose stepping-stones have been elusive. I’ve spent years searching for the answer to what makes me happy. As a result, I began to recognize and appreciate a specific set of core concepts for expanding potential and moving into alignment with my purpose. I found these concepts to be quite impactful and I still put them into practice today. I now share them with you in this program, with the hope that they can help you navigate your path.

Instead it’s about making small changes and shifts in both perception and action to bring more meaning to your life. Think of it as a short guide to help you figure out what it means to life more intentionally and then figure out what specifically this means for you.

Along the way I’ll help you think about what you value, what’s working right now and what isn’t. There will be plenty of opportunity for reflection and of course chances to make changes in how you live your life. While there is no magic pill, there are plenty of simple tweaks and changes you can make that will improve your quality of life and that of those around you.

While we will mainly focus on you throughout this challenge, you don’t live in a bubble. The changes you make by living more intentional, no matter how subtle they may be, will influence the people around you and close to you. My hope is that it will have a positive impact on your relationship with loved ones.

Above all, I encourage you to use this challenge to change your own life for the better. Use it to make you think about living with more purpose. Use it to look at what you do in all areas of your life with fresh eyes. Use it to live your life to the fullest and make every minute count. There is nothing better or more important than a life lived well.
